Teen years, college, and early adulthood can already be some of the hardest periods to move through, even more so if trauma is part of your story. If this resonates, you are not alone. I'm a bilingual (English/Spanish) trauma therapist based in Springfield, NJ, working with teens, college students, and young adults, in person and virtually across New Jersey. I bring EMDR, DBT, and trauma-informed yoga into our work together, and as a certified children's yoga teacher, I help you reconnect with your body, not just talk through what's happened.
I support clients carrying childhood trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, or grief, often quietly, and for a long time. You don't have to have it all figured out. We'll work at a pace that feels safe, through patterns like shutting down, fear of abandonment, or feeling like "too much" or "not enough" in your relationships. Clients describe me as warm, supportive, and direct when needed.
If this resonates with you, I'd love for you to reach out. I'm currently welcoming new clients, including teens, college students, and young adults, in person in Springfield, NJ or virtually across New Jersey. Book a free 30-minute consultation with our team, and let's see if we're a good fit.

For teens, that often means making sense of anger, shutdown, perfectionism, or feeling disconnected from the people who care about you. For young adults, it might mean finally putting words to things you've been carrying alone for years.
EMDR therapy can help you process traumatic experiences in a way you may not have before, gently reconnecting your mind and body so what's been stuck has somewhere to go. DBT offers practical skills for navigating big emotions and staying grounded when things feel overwhelming.
